Ukrainian-born Leonard Blavatnik's jet N600EB left the airport around 9:25 a.m., Russian Oligarch Jets said citing flight-tracking service ADSB Exchange.

ROJ's Twitter page is run by the same Florida teen who Elon Musk paid to stop tracking his private jet.

The tweet quickly began racking up comments: "Atlantic City trip?" one person said. "Hoagies run?" another joked.

Blavatnik, a naturalized citizen of the US and the UK, is worth $38.7 billion, according to Bloomberg's Billionaire Index. He apparently made $7 billion of his fortune in Russia, when he sold his share of an oil venture in 2013.

Blavatnik owns most of Warner Brothers as well as Access Industries, a New York-based company that controls 21% of the world's largest producer of polypropylene, Bloomberg says.
